Retail Security Supervisor

Andy Frain Services -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise all employees assigned to the Security department and manage performance.;
Provide lead direction at client site(s) to enforce security/safety programs and ensure post orders are followed.;
Develop and implement security procedures and ensure compliance with facility policies and laws.;
Assist in training Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers; review post orders to ensure competence.;
Coordinate with Operations manager on account performance and security issues; ensure adequate coverage.
