Shamin Hotels is seeking a dedicated Overnight Security Guard for our Hilton Hotel to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including guest floors, lobby areas, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to detect and deter suspicious activities or unauthorized access.
• Remain vigilant and alert to potential security threats or safety hazards.
• Control access to the hotel by monitoring entrances, exits, and access points; verify identity before granting entry; enforce hotel policies regarding visitor registration, guest check‑in, and key card access.
• Provide assistance and support to guests and employees, escorting guests to rooms or vehicles, providing directions, responding to inquiries, handling lock‑outs, lost items, and medical emergencies.
• Serve as a point of contact for reporting security concerns or incidents.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies such as fights, medical emergencies, or fire alarms; de‑escalate conflicts, alert emergency responders or law enforcement if needed; document incidents in detailed reports.
• Identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities, report them to management, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Conduct security assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Collaborate with hotel staff, management, and external partners such as law enforcement and emergency services.
• Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders to provide information, instructions, and assistance as needed.

• Previous experience with hotels and food & beverage establishments.
• Strong teamwork, observation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high‑stress situations.
• Dependable, professional, and high‑integrity.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and safety regulations.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods.
