As a Drain Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our residential plumbing services, specializing in addressing complex drain issues. This role is not just about fixing pipes-- it's about delivering exceptional service and ensuring our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Diagnostics:
    Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to conduct thorough assessments of residential drain issues. Identify the root cause of problems, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Precision Drain Cleaning:
    Execute drain cleaning procedures with precision, using industry-leading techniques and equipment. Ensure thorough removal of debris, blockages, and build-ups to restore optimal functionality.
  • Expert Repairs and Installations:
    Perform expert repairs on damaged or compromised drain systems, employing knowledge of industry best practices. Execute drain installations with attention to detail, ensuring long-lasting and reliable solutions.
  • Collaborative Teamwork:
    Work closely with fellow team members to coordinate and execute projects seamlessly. Communicate effectively with other technicians and support staff to ensure timely project completion.
  • Exceptional Customer Service:
    Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Educate customers on preventive measures and provide guidance on maintaining their plumbing systems.
  • Adherence to Safety Standards:
    Prioritize safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations. Implement proper safety measures during all phases of drain services.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain detailed records of diagnostic findings, services performed, and materials used. Provide comprehensive reports to customers and internal teams as needed.

Compensation
