Air Handlers Heating & Cooling is a trusted, family‑owned local business with more than 30 years of service across the Hampton Roads region. We’re seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Installation Crew Leader to oversee installations, guide team members, and help drive continued success in our growing company.
Compensation & Benefits- $33.00 - $39.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Up to $2,000 sign‑on bonus

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rotational evening work.
- Lead and oversee full residential and light commercial HVAC system installations
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed company quality and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service on every job site
- Train, mentor, and supervise installation team members for efficient, high‑quality results
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, perform air balancing, and complete sheet metal fabrication
- Take full ownership of assigned jobs while collaborating effectively with the team
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on residential HVAC installation experience
- Prior lead or supervisory experience in HVAC installations
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI or reckless driving in the past 5 years)
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
- Universal EPA Certification
- Strong customer service mindset and proven leadership ability
- Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year
- HVAC technical school certificate or formal training
- Personal set of professional tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Reliable attendance and positive team‑oriented attitude
