Plumbing Assistant

This position involves the inspection of company‑provided calls for servicing pre‑existing equipment and the installation of new plumbing systems. Work is manual and assists a Plumbing Technician in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing for both residential and commercial properties.

• Travel to customers' homes on pre‑set appointments.
• Build rapport with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Communicate clearly during homeowner interactions.
• Be available to work from 7am until dismissed by the manager/dispatcher, with some weekend and evening on‑call duties required.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing under the supervision of trained professionals.

• At least one year of residential plumbing service and installation experience.
• Ability to load and deliver materials to job sites.
• Perform set‑up and clean‑up tasks at work sites.
• Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proficient.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions associated with plumbing work.
• Must possess basic plumbing tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
