Home Smiles Virginia Beach is seeking experienced independent contractors for deck, porch, fence, and exterior carpentry projects. We are looking for reliable professionals with strong framing and finish carpentry skills who take pride in quality work, communication, and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for long-term contractor partners as demand continues to grow. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is available.

• Consistent project-based work
• Competitive project-based compensation based on scope, crew size, and experience

• Hourly opportunities for lead carpenters and experienced installers performing repairs, punch-list work, and smaller service projects: $35–$50/hr, based on experience and scope
• Flexible scheduling

• Build and repair decks, porches, fences, and other exterior structures
• Perform framing, structural carpentry, trim, finish carpentry, and final detailing
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards
• Prioritize customer satisfaction throughout each project

• 4+ years of carpentry, deck building, fencing, or general contracting experience
• Appropriate contractor's license or trade license
• Active General Liability Insurance
• Active Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage projects professionally
