About the Role

Auto Glass Now is a fast growing, fast paced auto glass repair company seeking a driven Auto Glass Technician. The role offers opportunities to work at store locations, airport rental facilities, or as a mobile technician.

• Install windshields and auto glass in the shop or from a mobile operation unit.
• Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, lane departure warning, forward collision alert, and other electronic safety sensors.
• Repair chips and other glass damage.
• Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well done.
• Process payments from mobile customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Provide world‑class customer service to our valued customers and vendors.

• 1+ year(s) of automotive glass installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Proficiency in managing and working with several types of automotive glass.
• Strong knowledge of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Excellent critical‑thinking skills and diligence.
• Must be over 18 years of age (or over 16 in certain states: Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming).
• Willingness to perform physical demands of the job.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Manoeuvre around vehicles to position safely during installations.
• Walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods of time.
• Work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.

Virginia

Hourly pay range: $20.70 – $30.80, dependent on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay may include commissions or bonus incentives.
