Fish Window Cleaning is looking for full‑time window cleaners to support operations in Virginia Beach. The role involves cleaning windows inside and outside on commercial and residential buildings up to three stories high. No high‑rise jobs are performed; work is done from the ground or using a ladder.

Ideal candidates come from construction, warehousing, restaurant/hospitality, retail customer service, or similar backgrounds. A positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential. No prior experience required.

• Clean windows inside and outside on commercial and residential properties up to three stories.
• Use ladders for residential tasks; work from ground level for all locations.
• Maintain work area safety and cleanliness.
• Perform minimal paperwork associated with job completion.
• Travel between jobs efficiently.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to travel from job to job.
• Liability car insurance.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Mon‑Fri, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. No nights or weekends.

• Pay based on work completed ranging from $15.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on performance.
