Location & Requirements

Virginia Beach, VA. Applicants must live on the Southside of Hampton Roads.

$30–$40/hr based on experience.

Coradi Contracting is hiring an experienced Crew Member for high‑quality residential bathroom and kitchen renovations. We are looking for someone with real remodeling experience who can work side‑by‑side with a Crew Lead and help complete projects from demo to finish.

• Bathroom and kitchen renovations
• Demo, framing, prep work
• Basic plumbing and electrical
• Tile work
• Interior trim and finish details
• Working with Crew Lead and Project Manager
• Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional

• Minimum 5 years experience renovating bathrooms and/or kitchens
• Ability to perform hands‑on field work
• Able to read and follow plans/specs
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
