The Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Floor Tech I to maintain building systems and the building envelope to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor repairs of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fixtures; servicing the pool; and keeping exteriors appealing. Vocational trades experience and ability to lift 25–50 lbs are preferred.
