• Salary: $20.00 – $23.00 hourly
• Travel:
  Up to 50%

• Predictable schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on‑call rotation (not continuous nights or weekends)
• 30 days off in first year
• Competitive pay: $20 per hour + overtime + bonus potential

• Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas
• Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues
• Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed
• Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Trade training or certifications preferred
