Two Coast Living is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to handle ongoing facility maintenance for a multifamily property. You’ll apply 4+ years of experience in residential or hospitality maintenance to address work orders and keep common areas like the pool and clubhouse in top condition.
You will perform light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, maintain your own tool kit, and may drive a company or personal vehicle to various locations.
