Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair;
Interacts with guest for problem resolution and ensures guest satisfaction;
Perform basic appliance troubleshooting and repairs including plumbing and HVAC related tasks;
Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools; assist other maintenance staff on special projects;
Execute planned scheduled preventative maintenance and keep logs/inspection sheets
