Greenbrier Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at our apartment community. You will perform repairs, troubleshooting, turnover, and preventative maintenance, reporting to the Property Manager.
Requirements include at least 3 years of apartment maintenance experience with electrical and plumbing diagnostics, HVAC universal certification, and a Certified Pool Operator license. A valid driver's license and willingness to work off-hours are needed.
