Experienced Residential HVAC Service Tech (Take-Home Vehicle)

$30–$39/hr + Spiffs | Virginia Beach & Newport News

Steady residential service work. Solid pay. Minimal on-call.

Mechollage is a veteran-owned HVAC company that's been serving the Virginia Beach and Peninsula area since 2009. We're growing, and we're looking for experienced service techs who take pride in clean diagnostics, solid repairs, and treating customers right.

This is not a "run you into the ground" shop. We keep on-call light, invest in our team, and give you the tools to do your job the right way.

What You’ll Earn

• $30–$39/hour base + spiffs and additional performance incentives

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (no guessing)
• Perform maintenance and system tune-ups
• Communicate clearly with homeowners - no pushy sales tactics
• Offer solutions and upgrades when it makes sense
• Keep your truck organized and your work clean

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability (not just parts swapping)
• Valid driver's license + clean record
• Solid communication with customers and team
• Self-sufficient in the field

Bonus Points If You Have

• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience with system replacements or light install crossover
