Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians at levels I–III to support maintenance and readiness of our housing communities in Virginia Beach. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades, and assist with make-ready of vacated units.
Most duties require outdoor work in all weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and driving a company or personal vehicle for job duties.
