Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment;
Inspect and service guestrooms, public areas, and mechanical rooms;
Monitor and maintain laundry and kitchen equipment and replace filters as needed;
Change HVAC filters, belts, bearings, and lubricate components; check for unusual noises or vibrations;
Maintain tools and work area cleanliness and security of assigned keys
