• Previous experience behind the bar in a high‑energy restaurant, hospitality or entertainment setting.

Role and Interaction with Players: Greet Players with energy and personality. Create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they'll love. Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate their visit.

Key Aspect of the Role: Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection, keeping the bar area neat, stocked and ready to roll. Maintain glassware, handle inventory, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Contribution to Topgolf and Other Play makers: Collaborate with teammates to deliver top‑notch service, ensuring every Player feels like a VIP.

Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and compliant bar environment.

• Lift items up to 50 lbs. – comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• On your feet for most of the shift – walk throughout the day.
• Engage in a variety of active tasks continuously.
• Endurance to maintain pace in a high‑volume environment.

Minimum $5.00 – Maximum $5.00 tip eligible.
