We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.

EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (required)

Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.

Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.) Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device Strong written and verbal English communication skills

A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

Valid Driver's License
