We are looking for a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our team.
Compensation & Benefits- $23.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on experience
- Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Overtime pay when available

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Overtime and occasional evenings as needed on a rotational basis)
- Install high-quality residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Ensure every installation meets or exceeds company and industry standards
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every job
- Read wiring diagrams, perform air balancing, and handle sheet metal fabrication
- Mentor and support junior installers as needed
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
- 2+ years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI or reckless driving in the past 5 years)
- Universal EPA Certification
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to obtain Low Voltage License within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year
- HVAC Technical School Certificate
- Own set of tools
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
