HVAC Technician

Overview

We are seeking an HVAC Technician in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred
• Direct Digital Controls (DDC) knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service priorities
• Physical capability to lift, carry, climb, kneel, and perform other physically demanding tasks in various work environments

• Assist and manage service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems of various sizes
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective repairs
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete service calls
• Communicate with customers to identify issues and provide effective service solutions
• Respond to emergency service calls and participate in an on‑call rotation as required

Schedule:

7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday.

Pay: $38 - $42 per hour based on experience.
