Residential Licensed Electrical Service Technician
$33–$44/hr + Performance Bonuses | Company Vehicle | Virginia Beach, VA
Mechollage is expanding its residential electrical service team and is looking for a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician who can confidently diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and provide professional service in customers' homes.

Compensation & Schedule- $33–$44 per hour
, depending on experience and qualifications - Performance-based bonuses
- Limited on-call responsibilities
- Work opportunities throughout Virginia Beach and Newport News, with an effort to keep you close to your home area

The WorkYou'll handle residential electrical service calls from diagnosis through completion, including:
- Diagnosing electrical problems and determining appropriate repairs
- Servicing panels, breakers, outlets, switches, fixtures, and wiring
- Completing repairs, replacements, and electrical upgrades
- Performing work safely and according to NEC and local requirements
- Walking homeowners through your findings and recommended solutions
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Maintaining a clean, professional work area
- 3+ years of residential electrical service experience
- Active Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
- Comfortable managing service work independently
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of any of the following is helpful, but not required:
- Standby generators
- EV charging systems
- Smart home electrical technology
- Whole-home surge protection
- Energy-efficient electrical solutions
