Residential Electrician

• Competitive pay during initial training: $29–$41/hr based on experience.
• A base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability:
  After training, get commission and bonuses in addition to hourly pay! (Your weekly pay could be $1750-$2550/week or more.)
• A $2,000 Bonus for licensed electricians (Journeyman or Master) IF your experience is majority RESIDENTIAL

• Troubleshooting and repairing residential and light commercial electrical systems
• Installing everything from basic fixtures to full panel upgrades
• Building trust with homeowners and business owners through clear communication and quality work
• Identifying safety concerns and offering professional solutions
• Selling and upselling electrical services in a consultative, customer-first manner

• Have 2+ years of professional electrical experience (residential preferred)
• Have a valid driver’s license a clean driving record
• Embrace feedback, love to learn, and thrive on a team
• Are tech-savvy (we’ll provide the iPad, you bring the mindset)
• Are polite, professional, and proactive
