• $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rotational evening assignments as needed.

• Install top-quality residential and light commercial HVAC systems to company specifications
• Provide outstanding service and communication to every customer
• Support, guide, and help develop less experienced installers on the team
• Read wiring diagrams, perform system air balancing, and complete sheet metal fabrication
• Balance independent work with strong teamwork in a positive environment

• Minimum 2+ years of documented residential HVAC installation experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the past 5 years
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Universal EPA Certification
• Solid customer service abilities and readiness to take on leadership tasks
• Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year

• HVAC technical school certificate or formal training
• Personal toolbox and professional tools
• Clean, insurable driving record
• Troubleshooting experience
• Dependable, positive attitude with excellent attendance
