• Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair calls throughout the Chesapeake area.
• Diagnose heating and cooling system problems and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and system‑performance issues.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while following company procedures.
• Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with homeowners.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and additional services when appropriate.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate service information.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned service vehicle.
• Follow established safety procedures and provide a professional customer experience on every call.

• 1-2+ years of hands‑on HVAC service experience preferred
• Residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Dependable work history and professional attitude
• Good communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable communicating repair and replacement options with homeowners
• Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills
• Team‑oriented approach and strong work ethic
• Commitment to providing quality workmanship

• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• No DUI or reckless‑driving convictions within the past five years
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
