Refrigeration Construction Supervisor

Cool Sys is seeking a Refrigeration Construction Supervisor to lead commercial and industrial HVAC-R projects from planning through commissioning. In this field-based role, you will supervise installation crews, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and ensure safe, high-quality, and code-compliant refrigeration systems for retail, commercial, and industrial customers. You'll read plans and specs, oversee start-ups and troubleshooting, document progress, and collaborate closely with project managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial and industrial refrigeration construction projects from planning through commissioning
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery
• Interpret plans, specs, and drawings to guide installation of refrigeration and HVAC-R systems
• Conduct quality checks, start-ups, and troubleshooting for new refrigeration installations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to resolve field issues
• Train and mentor technicians on installation best practices and safety
• Document project progress, changes, and completion reports
