Master Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our multifamily renovation team in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and building out the electrical systems for our multifamily renovation projects, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

• Lead and execute electrical installations and upgrades for multifamily renovation projects.
• Support the electrical buildout process from planning through project completion.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate work and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work, including permits, inspections, and reports.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices on site.
• Promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and standards.

• Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Virginia.is preferred
• Proven experience in multifamily residential electrical renovation and buildout.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment used in residential construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
