AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Division Manager to lead the development and growth of a new HVAC division within our multifamily restoration, renovation, and buildout company. This is a unique opportunity to build an entire HVAC division from the ground up, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality HVAC services to our expanding client base.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage the HVAC division, including staffing, training, and operational processes.
- Oversee HVAC project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
- Collaborate closely with multifamily restoration and renovation teams to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for the HVAC division.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and support staff to build a high-performing team.
- Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in HVAC management or leadership roles, preferably within multifamily or commercial construction environments.
- Master HVAC Technician License preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
