Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for efficiently performing and monitoring all aspects of commercial maintenance with, emphasis on construction and remodeling, with direction from supervisor.

- Perform carpentry functions, sheet rock and metal stud construction
- Handle trim work, painting, and drywall finishing
- Building inspections and lighting maintenance
- Ability to follow direction to include multiple steps in process & procedures
- Complete facilities inspection report listing deficiencies and supplies needed
- Use all safety & clean precautions necessary when working and report any accidents immediately
- Understand priority of certain repairs and perform all tasks in a timely manner
- Engage in the learning process for carpentry, sheet rock, painting, and construction
- Be sensitive to the retail environment, working around customers and other employees
- Receive guidance from the facilities leadership team on maintenance special projects
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial maintenance or construction required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to use company vehicle required.
- Should be reliable to work each scheduled shift on time.
- Some on-call, weekend work and overtime may be required.
- Demonstrate a culture of respect, adaptability, multifunction capabilities and a strong work ethic.
