Life Skills Coach/Case Manager – Young Adult Independent Living Program

- Serve as a positive role model for residents to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors.
- Support residents in developing money‑management skills, obtaining employment, completing education when applicable, learning daily‑living skills, and exploring career‑development opportunities.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of residents’ transitional living plans and assist with life‑skills learning, transportation, and administrative duties.
Education and Experience
Required:
The selected candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in any field plus two years of experience providing case‑management services to children and families;
OR a human‑services Bachelor’s degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, etc.) with experience providing case‑management services to children/youth and their families preferred;
OR a human‑services Master’s degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, etc.) with a student placement providing case‑management services to children/youth and their families.
