Bright Spring Health Services, via its Step Stone affiliate, seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to support youth in foster care through trauma-informed, strengths-based practices. You will coordinate services, advocate for families, and document treatment plans, progress, and required reports.
You will maintain weekly contact with foster and biological families, work with schools and treatment teams, and ensure placement stability and emotional wellbeing through collaborative care planning.
