City of Virginia Beach Department of Human Services is seeking a Family Services Specialist I - Intake. The position screens Adult Protective Services referrals and answers calls to the APS hotline, coordinating intake and investigation processes. A bachelor’s degree in a human services field or related experience plus a valid driver’s license are required.
Starting pay is $24.86 per hour, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
