• Plans, develops, promotes, coordinates, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive biblically-based and Christ-centered rehabilitation program
• Supervises and trains intake staff
• Assigns caseloads to subordinate employees
• Manages and monitors assigned caseload of program participants in a rehabilitation program
• Develops program plan/goals and evaluates program participant’s progress by conducting routine meetings with participant and/or staff
• Serves as advocate for program participants in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience:
  
  Four to five years of experience working in the counseling field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Certified Addiction Counselor preferred but not required
