City of Virginia Beach is hiring a Housing Stabilization Specialist II to support the Permanent Supportive Housing program for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. This role combines office and field work to assess housing barriers, develop plans, and advocate with landlords.
Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree in a human services field and experience with the SMI homeless population, HUD housing regulations, and EHR systems. A $4,000 signing bonus is offered.
