** About the Role**:

A
** Senior Software Test Engineer
** will work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex projects that may span multiple infrastructure components or applications. In addition, this role will develop a professional network and leadership skills, assisting in the creation and support of Digital Solutions that enable Caterpillar success. It will also contribute real value by leading and assisting with development testing of legacy and new applications or infrastructure solutions in order to solve business problems and improve software quality.

*** Design, modify, develop, write and implement tests for applications for target system using agile methods.
* Review client requirements with a team to build, test, and deploy solutions.
* Write automated test code for new applications, and/or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications.
* Utilize automated testing tools to perform the testing and maintenance.
