- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Demonstrated experience developing and training machine learning or AI models
- Handson experience prototyping AIdriven solutions in Python
- Familiarity with version control and collaborative development using Git
- Ability to work with SQL and relational or analytical data stores
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into automated or semi automated pipelines
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Experience working with AI solutions in a regulated industry (e.g., DoD, Financial Services, healthcare, or other compliance driven environments)
- Experience developing or customizing AI agents and agent based workflows
- Familiarity with AutoML tools and automated model experimentation techniques
- Exposure to model governance, explainability, and risk mitigation approaches
- Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence model development and training
- Developing and testing AI agents and agent based systems
- AutoML analysis and model comparison techniques
- Working with multimodal datasets to extract insights and patterns
- Python for AI/ML development and data processing
- Hugging Face libraries and models for NLP and multimodal use cases
- Git for source control and collaborative development
- SQL for data querying and analysis
- Application and code security tools such as:
- OWASP ZAP
- Bandit
- Semgrep
- Dependency scanning and analysis tools
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI/ML solutions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to follow secure coding, data handling, and compliance standards in a federal environment

The OCI Engineer is responsible for implementing, operating, and supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions for a large scale federal program operating across Non Classified, IL5, and IL6 environments. This role focuses on handson engineering, automation, and secure cloud operations that enable crossdomain data movement, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities while maintaining strict compliance with federal security requirements.
