A bit about us:We are seeking a DCS Programmer / Automation Engineer to support, maintain, and modernize distributed control systems in large‑scale industrial environments. This role is hands‑on, customer‑facing, and focused on mission‑critical production systems where reliability, safety, and uptime are essential.
The position offers strong autonomy and exposure to a wide range of control systems, processes, and customer sites, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real‑world problems close to operations.

- Perform system upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and on‑site commissioning
- Work directly with operators, engineers, and maintenance teams to diagnose issues and implement improvements
- Support control logic changes, HMI updates, alarm management, and system documentation
- Participate in startup, testing, and validation activities for new and existing systems
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support projects and service engagements
- Experience programming and supporting DCS platforms in an industrial environment
- Strong understanding of process control, instrumentation, and automation principles
- Ability to troubleshoot control systems in production‑critical settings
- Comfort working directly with customers in operational environments
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solution‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel regionally for project and service work
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, batch systems, or legacy control systems is a plus
