• Base hourly tip wage: $8.00 per hour.
• Minimum guaranteed earnings: hourly rate meets or exceeds the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour when combined with tips.

Path to Management:
This driver position is an excellent starting point to learn the delivery business, customer service, and product creation. Domino's Pizza is committed to promoting from within; most managers begin their careers as drivers and move into the Management Development Program.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections and can be used for delivery.
• Must be willing to have a video monitor (Netradyne or Driveosity) installed in your vehicle for safety monitoring.

• Possess navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
• Demonstrate an outstanding and friendly attitude toward customer service.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Work well with others and handle the stress of a high‑paced environment.
• Be organized, manage time efficiently, and multitask.
• Respond to customer concerns.
• Be a team player and follow all Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
• Ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring.
