• Base tip wage: $8.00 per hour.
• Minimum guaranteed earnings:
  Base wage plus tips will meet or exceed the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour.

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate part‑time, student, or evening/weekend shifts.
• Path to management:
  Drivers can advance to the Management Development Program and become store managers.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections and can be used for delivery.
• Must be willing to have a vehicle video monitor (Netradyne or Driveosity) installed for safe‑driving monitoring.

• Navigate and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.
• Demonstrate friendly customer service and respond to customer concerns.
• Perform basic math and manage time efficiently while multitasking in a high‑paced environment.
• Work well with others as a team player and follow all Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
• Ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring.
