CL A Drivers w/3 Mos Exp-Run Dedicated Home Wkly $89-$104K (Full Time)

Class A drivers with at least three months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR) run a dedicated account that allows you to return home every week. Annual pay ranges from $89 000 to $104 000 depending on effort and experience. Drivers are paid by CPM and unload pay. This is 100% touch freight.
Drivers start full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.
Riders and pets are welcome once you start running solo. A one‑week ride‑along for training on the account is paid $150 per day. After obtaining your own truck, a rider and pet are welcome.
Deliveries are made to stores in VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV – all within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA.
Drivers may take the truck home with them but must have a secure place to park both tractor and trailer.
Driver pay is $0.60–$0.73 CPM based on experience and $250 per trailer unload.
Sign‑on bonus is $2 500, paid out as follows: $250 on the first load; $250 every 30 days thereafter through day 150 (except day 90, which is $500); and $750 on day 180.
Driver Requirements- Experience: Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience within the past 3 years (cannot include training).
- Clean Record: No more than 1 DOT preventable accident and no more than 3 total accidents/incidents in the last 3 years.
- Employment History: No more than 4 jobs in the last year, 6 in the last two years, or 8 in the last three years.
- If terminated for any reason from your last job, you are ineligible. For safety violations, you must work elsewhere for 6 months before applying.
- Safe Driving: No major moving violations in the last year, and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Drug Testing: Hair follicle testing is mandatory for orientation. If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test, you are ineligible.
- Job Expectations: Weekly home time is offered but not guaranteed to be on weekends.
- Position requires driving in VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV.
