OBH Tram​/Shuttle Driver

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide safe transportation to and from parking areas by driving trams and fifteen‑passenger vans
• Enforce and inform all safety rules of park to riders
• Obey all traffic laws
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members
• Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
• Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
• Follow park policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 21 years or older
• Provide a valid driver’s license, CDL preferred but not required
• History of safe driving
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers, and staff members
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
• Ability to work in indoor and shaded outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun‑protection

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to operate trams and fifteen‑passenger vans during the daytime, nighttime, and in all weather conditions

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.

Pay Range: $16.75 per hour
