Part-time Door Trash Collection Specialist

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps
• Transport collected materials to the on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with utility trailer
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during each shift
• Walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors
• Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed
• Keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming
• Follow a consistent evening service routine

• Own an open-bed pickup truck, or a vehicle capable of towing an open utility trailer and the trailer used for the job
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout pre-employment and employment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; proof required
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
• Ability to work around bagged trash and waste
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Demonstrates the ability to operate an open-bed pickup truck or towing vehicle while following a consistent service routine. Capable of working independently, managing physical tasks, and maintaining cleanliness in apartment communities.
