Dal-Tile is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our team. The role involves material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading, pulling/assembling customer orders, and inventory checks.
Daily use of forklift equipment is required.
- Performs a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.
- Pulls/assembles customer orders, checks outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, performs inventory stock checks, restocks and labels vendor products, maintains displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moves, stores, and replenishes material, and conducts daily cycle counts.
- Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.

- Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance.
- May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
- Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules outlined in the Safety Program and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Certified Forklift Operator.
- 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
