Shipping Associate

Full-Time | $14–$16 per hour

Offbase Supply Co. is a growing tactical gear and apparel retailer serving military personnel, law enforcement professionals, and prepared civilians. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support our fast-paced eCommerce fulfillment operation.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before shipment
• Maintain organized inventory and clean storage areas
• Assist with receiving and stocking inbound shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Follow established fulfillment procedures and safety standards
• Work with team members to meet daily and weekly shipping goals

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment center experience
• Experience with inventory systems or barcode scanners

• $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)
