Warehouse Associate

Location:

SPP Virginia Beach, VA - 435A; 4500 Progress Rd, Suite B, Norfolk, VA 23502. Pay: $18 - $20 per hour with up to $2,500 in performance bonuses.

Work hours:

Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 4:30PM, rotating Saturdays during summer season 8:00AM – 12:00PM.

The Warehouse Associate supports the team and customers by accurately and safely receiving and pulling orders in a fast‑paced environment.

• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks.
• Receive shipments, log them into inventory, and maintain inventory through audits.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain the required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100pounds.
• Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.
