WITRON is seeking motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our high-performance warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will operate and monitor a state‑of‑the‑art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast‑paced distribution center environment.

• Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks.
• Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system.
• Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime.
• Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance.

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 80–100 feet.
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work includes time in cold storage and freezer environments (down to –10 °F).
• Exposure to an industrial warehouse setting with automated systems.
