Pay:$16.80/hour

Shifts: 1st

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (must have availability for regular OT)

The Lee Group is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, well-organized warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering steady hours and opportunities to grow with a strong, reliable team. • Operate reach trucks to safely move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or replenishment
• Load and unload trailers and trucks as needed
• Place inventory into designated rack locations and retrieve products from elevated storage areas
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Perform general warehouse duties based on operational needs
• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 6 months of recent reach truck experience preferred
• Comfortable working at elevated heights and in warehouse settings
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with a positive, team-first attitude
