Bookkeeper / Plant Accountant Responsibilities

• Helping with plant inventory and accounts payable
• Processing vendor invoices and payment transactions accurately and promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Assisting with inventory, verifying invoice accuracy, and matching purchase orders to receiving documents.
• Helping maintain accounts payable records, reconciling discrepancies, and generating routine reports.

• Strong attention to detail, computer literacy, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation while supporting efficient plant accounting operations.
• 2 years previous plant accounting experience preferred.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Temporary to Hire.

$26.00–30.00 per hour, DOE.
