Bookkeeper

Ameri Staff Employment and Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support a local company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience with a solid background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
. Previous bookkeeping experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Benefits of the Bookkeeper:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Pay:$24.00+ per hour, DOE

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Assist with invoicing, payments, account reconciliation, and general accounting functions.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
• Support additional accounting and administrative needs as required.

Requirements for the Bookkeeper:

• Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  .
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
  .
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities.

Education & Experience:

• Previous professional bookkeeping/accounting experience required.
