Job Description

The employee engagement specialist will support the daily operations for the Engagement Department. Some of the duties include new employee orientation, onboarding, schedule interviews, attend job fairs, assist FOD staff with special trainings, schedule insurance sessions, assist with internal and external mail run, and assist with transportation. Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and teammates.

Must be 18 or older. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Requirements:

  • Microsoft office programs knowledge
  • Coordinate onboarding, HR orientation, Insurance sessions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attend recruitment events
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with public, department heads, managers, and staff
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Plan and implement work in an efficient manner
  • Good driving record
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday (One Saturdays per month after training)
  • Hours:

    8:00-4:30pm (additional hours as needed)

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
